Role Model Canvas
Das Role Model Canvas kann Teams dabei unterstützen, Rollen und Zuständigkeiten zu klären. Statt an definierten Stellen- oder Aufgabenbeschreibungen festzuhalten, führt eine transparente und laufend angepasste Darstellung von Rollen in einem Team oder Projekt in vielen Fällen zu einer effizienteren und konfliktfreieren Zusammenarbeit.
Das Canvas hilft agilen und selbstgesteuerten Teams, sich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und die bestehende Zusammenarbeit zu reflektieren.
