The roadmap session is designed for digital product teams, product owners and management as a strategic plan to define goals and guide the development of digital products in the long term and break things up in smaller steps and activities for the team to work on.
The roadmap is also served as a communication tool.
Schedule a 2 to 4 hours event with key stakeholders (product designers, marketing and c-level) to discuss the company / product vision. From there your team can set clear goals for the next 3 to 12 months and brainstorm on initiatives that support the common goal.
