Retrospective - Monopoly(ish) Board
What this template is about?
This template re-creates the kind of questions a facilitator may look to use to help a team understand how they work and what improvements they would like to make using a format away from the genral adding of stickies to a column.
What it helps you at achieve?
This template helps you achieve full engagament from all team members who will each have a turn. Allows you to answer some key questions, find out about each other, share postitivity and challenge people for new opinions.
Who would benefit from it?
This template is specificlaly targetting development teams however the questions could be altered to suit any teams needs.
How to use it?
Individuals pick an avatar and place on the start tile
Roll the dice by pressing the random number generator play button in the middle of the board
Move your avatar that many spaces, then answer the question (based on what kind of question it is)
Repeat for each person for as long as you want (you can even come back to it another day)
Adapt the board however you see best for your team/orgnisation!
