Retro Good / Bad / What’s in Your Control

An easy retrospective to highlight what the team can do and what should be escalated.

Ask each participant to write one idea per sticky note on what went well and what could be improved for the next work iteration.

Then, each participant reads their note and places them on the board, thinking of what is in the team's control and what is not.

Lastly, the team discusses each of the areas and actions to follow.
