What is a Project Kick-Off session?
The kick-off meeting usually marks the official start of a project or is scheduled before the start of a new, important project phase. If you are an agile team, it can also mark the start of a new sprint.
When should you use this activity?
When you are about to start a new project. It's a great way to get to know your team members and who's responsible for what.
