One-Page Product Vision Canvas

The one-page product vision canvas is a template for presenting summary vision, typically for leadership teams. It contains an overarching vision statement that breaks down into annual themes. Themes then break into initiatives for each quarter. Most teams describe their vision across 3 years.

It is a simple canvas that goes from vision statement to 'what' and 'how'. When all product teams use this canvas to present their vision it creates consistency and simplicity across the organization. This template is practical and simple and conveys lots of information on one page. It's completed by Product Managers and shared across the organization to create alignment and buy-in on the product future direction.
