How often do you reflect on your personal development? With this simple template, you will be able to:

- download feedback you received and segment it as valuable and not that valuable

- do a retrospective about recent events

- strategize feedback, reflecting on what feedback you need, from whom and how you plan to get it

- plan and manage your actions for improvement with a Kanban board.

Do's:

- use the same board and duplicate the frame so you can see how you evolved

- if you want, share your board with your mentor or a colleague to get feedback on your improvement

- focus on promoting a growth mindset: instead of being discouraged by challenges, focus on improving your skills

Don't:

- limit yourself if you don't want to fill in all the information - what is essential is for you to have a place to download and reflect on your continuous improvement
