This is a quick and easy way of gathering a team or wider audience feelings in a fun and light-hearted way. This can be a good ice breaker, or intro to a retrospective for a sprint or team work. It's also nice to run these quickly mid-project/sprint to get a feeling of how it's going within the team.

The use of memes can make things funny and enjoyable for particpants whilst allowing them to express their feelings, when they may not usually be comfortable doing so!
