Matrix of Flowers
This template is designed to allow you to practice shaping your flower purchases and creating a collection of bouquets and arrangements.
The template is designed for florists, chef florists, and floral entrepreneurs.
This template is most effective when you want to form a matrix of assortment and, from it, create a collection of bouquets and compositions. This template will help you clearly show how many flowers you have in your collection, which flowers should be ordered more, and which can be abandoned.
How to work with the template:
1. Add the flowers you want to buy (based on seasonality) to the Matrix of Flowers board. For each item, enter information: photo, price, quantity (quantity of flowers for wholesale or retail purchase), order (order of flowers in the flower hierarchy), supplier;
* if you do not have such information, you can use the assortment matrix, which is now available in the template (it is a universal matrix, suitable for every season and region).
2. Remove the background of the flowers using the Miro Ai functions (right key → Miro Ai (purple icon) → Remove background;
3. Drag the picture of each flower onto the Supply board and make a copy based on the quantity you ordered (right key → copy and after: right key → paste);
4. Once you have dragged all the flowers onto the Supply board and multiplied them based on the quantity you ordered, start forming bouquets and arrangements in the Product 1, Product 2..... area. Drag and drop each flower onto this area from the Supply board (do not copy!).
* you don't have to fill in all Product fields
** You can have both bouquets, compositions, and baskets in your collection.
