Introduction

Hi, I'm Mat. I love running retros, but its always nice to have a go-to template for when you haven't had time to create one yourself.

So here it is.

If you are looking for a simple yet effective retrospective template this is the one for you.

Who is this for?

Suitable for new or experienced teams, the five stages of a retro allow a retro to flow.

Features:

- Suitable for 2-8 people (can easily be adapted for more)

- Suggested timeboxes to make sure you can get through at a reasonable pace.

- Full instructions for the facilitator and also the attendees as you go.

- Working example

- The stages also allow people to arrive and leave in a good place.

- Helpful facilitation practices to allow everyone to be heard

- Keeps things fresh by having different exercises

Tips & Practices

Full instructions can be hidden once familiar.

Tips for each stage are provided in the notes.

May need to lock frames down before use.
