A fun way of gathering and organizing ideas, albeit by straining a metaphor slightly.
Ideas are gathered from the "Garden" allotments, then they're refined based on difficulty and impact in the "Potting Shed", and then transplanted to the "Greenhouse" where the people who will help them grow are assigned.
