Hypothesis Test Card

Hypothesis Test Cards, inspired by the Lean Startup methodology, are structured templates used to formulate, record, and evaluate assumptions. They are particularly useful for:

• Reducing Uncertainty by challenging and validating our assumptions.

• Boosting Efficiency by ensuring resources are only spent on data-backed hypotheses

• Gaining Alignment by helping the entire team understand the ‘what’, ‘why’, and ‘expected outcome’ of a particular test or initiative.
