Hoshin template to deploy strategy in any business or project.

Helping to keep focus on the actions and progress.

Recommendation: run the hoshin once per month.

• First, set KPIs that explain the strategy's success.

• Second, draw graphs with yearly data and targets that show gaps and trends.

• Third, link the gaps and problems with specific projects (or A3's)

Finally, every month, follow the projects with project KPIs that will fill the gaps in the main KPIs.

If some projects are not progressing, ensure to write back-to-track actions on the ACT.

When finished, ensure actions to include the project in the running business.
