Holiday Tree & Ornament Decoration + Shoutouts

This holiday activity allows team members to use their creativity and practice personal thankfulness and gratitude towards their fellow team members.

• While creating ornaments team members are asked to add something they're thankful for this year.

• After decorating the tree as a team, team members can add their ornaments to the tree.

• Once the tree is decorated and the custom ornaments are added, it is time for presents! Ask team members to add one well-wish or shoutout to each team member's gift pile. All team members should have a nice set of positive "gifts" to end the year with.
