WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?

How Might We (HMW) is a simple workshop that helps you reframing challenges into actionable statements to generate solutions.

WHY ARE WE IN?

A properly framed How Might We will allows to find non-obvious solutions to the problem and gives the perfect frame for innovative solutions.

HOW DO WE RUN IT?

This workshop is designed to be driven in 20 to 30 minutes following the instructions :

GENERATE QUESTION

While the challenge will be present and shared by your project leader/expert : Use the 'HMW' note which stands for 'How Might We' in the bottom right corner.
When you hear a negative challenge, rephrase it into a How Might We statement.

For example, if our expert mentions that:

"We're not getting sufficient evaluation on our app."

you can write down, "HMW get better ratings on our app ?"

STICK & SHARE

Each participant should present his 'How Might We' statements moving each note  on the negative challenge related.
