One of the simplest structures for coaching sessions is the G.R.O.W. approach which divides a coaching session into roughly four moments:

Goal: What do you want?
Reality: Where are you now?
Options: What could you do?
Will: What will you do?

This Miro template allows you to quickly run a coaching session using the grow model.
