Beyond Zoom

The Beyond Zoom template has been designed to help you think about how to design learning and development approaches for virtual delivery that go way beyond just shifting to Zoom, Teams, Webex meetings.

Rather than just have break-out rooms and online voting etc, this Miro environment guides you and your team colleagues through different ways of imagining how development can happen beyond the confines of the time that learners are online together.

It provides ideas and prompts to think about how to make learning part of day-to-day real work by seeing the screen time as the 'portal to development' not the only place it has to happen.
