End-of-Year Retrospective

This Retrospective is designed to reflect the past year as a team. It gives your team the chance to reflect on personal aspects as well as team related perspectives. It contains no relation to Christmas or any other specific religious festivity. Instead it focuses on the transition from one year to the next. Therefore it is perfect for diverse teams with multiple cultural backgrounds.

You will need at least 90 minutes, depending on the size of your team.
