Customer Value Proposition Map

We're big fans of Strategyzer's original Value Proposition Design canvas, however, with many years experience facilitating client sessions using the canvas, we thought it was time to improve the structure of the original canvas. This version has been centred around online collaboration, but it also works extremely well in physical spaces with teams. One of the challenges we found with the original canvas is that it didn't focus enough on the various customer jobs and associated challenges.
