Carousel Retrospective Template

Ever wanted to build a board that follows a different format from the standard start-stop-continue rule? Then this carousel retrospective is for you!

How do you fill it in? Add all things that you're happy or proud about above the rails, add things you wish you did better and want to build on in the future below the rails, and last but not least, add things that still puzzle you in the loop of the carousel.

I developed this retrospective for my team and we did a white-board version of it, and it worked great for us, so I hope this will help you as well!
