Brainstorming Solutions Remotely

Description: The Green Belts or Black Belts may need to involve team members working remotely during the Improve phase to generate alternative solutions collectively. Here is a simple template proposal to organise the brainstorming sessions addressing the pre identified root causes.

• Soft introduction of the MIRO practice

• Review of key deliverables of the DMAIC project so far (up to list of root causes identified)

• Brainstorming sessions on each root cause

• Pay off matrix
