This workflow template outlines a structured and efficient process for generating, nurturing, and converting leads through ad-driven campaigns. It is designed to guide prospects through a series of touchpoints, from initial engagement with advertisements to becoming qualified leads and ultimately converting into customers.
The workflow begins with Ad Campaigns, where targeted advertisements are launched to attract potential leads. Depending on their behavior, users either engage with the ads or are retargeted if they don’t respond. For those who engage, the process transitions to the Landing Page, where users are encouraged to submit their contact details through a form. Leads who provide their information are funneled into either a Consultation Call Booking system or directed to a Video Sales Letter (VSL) to learn more about the product or service.
At this stage, follow-up sequences (email or SMS) are triggered for those who don’t book a call or fail to complete the desired action. For leads who book a consultation, they proceed to the Qualified Lead Handling stage, where they either attend the scheduled call or enter a rescheduling loop if they don’t show up.
Qualified leads are further evaluated during the consultation, with outcomes categorized into Closed Deals (successful conversions) or No Close (lost opportunities). Leads that don’t convert enter nurturing sequences for potential re-engagement.
The workflow emphasizes efficiency by incorporating automated follow-ups, retargeting, and feedback loops. The Feedback Loop is crucial for optimizing the campaign, gathering insights from both successful and lost leads, and improving future strategies.
