Generate ideas about habits you want to build or break as a team.
Focus on who you want to be with your team values.
Make a list of systems that you want to build or improve to help you with your habits.
Break down how you want to improve one habit and one system, by making it obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying.
Create agreements about supporting each other and holding accountable.
