Preparation & Customization


Before your workshop, customize the boards to your liking to ensure the guiding questions are relevant to the project at hand.

Group Working Session


During your workshop, follow the boards from left to right as you take the team through guiding questions, persona creation, and industry research. As you gather information from key stakeholders, document it in the provided sticky notes. Based on the key audiences you define as a group, fill in the persona templates using the custom avatars to bring them to life.

Final Steps


With everyone on the same page, you can now plan a strategy to create and test user centered designs!
