This board is intended to help an advisory board or similar group reflect on its progress and success. The 4 core areas: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. There are suggested areas to cover and space to share about how the work should proceed.
When?
We recommend using this board at the beginning of the annual strategic planning process.
How?
Ensure all participants can access the board and the school's or academy's background information and data. Invite participants to add sticky notes to each aspect, documenting their thoughts and identifying areas for further discussion. You can use the comments to add additional ideas to existing sticky notes,
