You might think you know exactly what you need to build this customer experience, but you might surprise yourself! This approach doesn’t only apply to building hubs, but will help you construct any customer experience - an email flow, in-app guides, and more. Collect the resources that the hub will need before you build the experience - you don’t want to leave much last minute. Remember, all the hub content must have a clear reason why it’s there! Do not add too much fluff to the hub.
