이 캔버스는 Living Lab 및 이해관계자 참여 프로젝트에서 체계적으로 이해관계자 참여를 계획할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 이는 단순히 이해관계자를 식별하는 것을 넘어 각 이해관계자가 필요한 이유, 기대되는 기여 사항, 참여 빈도, 그리고 참여가 그들에게 어떤 가치를 창출하는지를 고려하도록 돕습니다.

캔버스는 산업, 정책 결정자, 연구자, 커뮤니티 또는 사용자와 같은 다양한 이해관계자가 참여하는 Living Labs, 공동 창작 프로젝트 및 다중 행위자 혁신 프로젝트에 특히 유용합니다. 프로젝트의 시작 시점에 참여 계획을 세우거나 프로젝트 진행 중에 이해관계자 참여를 추적하고 조정하기 위해 반복적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.

이 도구는 Living Lab 방법론(ENoLL)에서 영감을 받았으며, 사중 나선 구조를 통해 체계적이고 상호 유익한 협업을 지원하도록 설계되었습니다. 이 캔버스는 University of Limerick Living Lab 팀에 의해 InterRegNW 기금을 받은 ReNu2Cycle 프로젝트의 일환으로 개발되었습니다.

Dr Annmarie Ryan is Associate Professor in Marketing at the Kemmy Business School. Her research and teaching practice is concerned with understanding the complexities of the digital world with a focus on the shaping and reshaping of markets. She actively engages in transdisciplinary research and practice, and engages and leads in a range of publicly funded international research projects with a focus on system level change and design of sustainable market forms.
