We are a small but innovative bunch located in Åre, Northern Sweden. Up here, everyone works remote, and we have over the years cultivated our techniques and collaboration with the rest of the world. At our company, we specialize in bringing a clear Vision to teams all over Europe, using innovative workshops around Vision, Strategy, and Execution to get companies to a higher level - and people to a ”let’s do this!” mind state. With a background in OKR goal-setting, Change Management, and Agile Organisation Design, we do various workshops, but we are most famous for the Vision Sprint®, which is done 100% in Miro (even when we meet our clients IRL). The Vision Sprint is a 3-chapter exercise for all teams in your organisation where a prototype of WHY, HOW and WHAT is created and then pulled together. It usually starts in the leadership team and is then rolled out through a big-room workshop for additional level teams in your organization.
