Silvy will share insights on the tools that have transformed their planning processes and how they share knowledge and best practices across the company to continuously improve workflows. Silvy Achermann, Scrum Master at SBB > Silvy studied economics and psychology at the University of Bern and has 10 years of experience in the railway industry. Since 2019, she has been working as a Scrum Master at SBB, primarily for distributed international teams.
