Most organizations are past the pilot stage and stuck at the same question: how do you make AI real across the whole org, not just the teams that have already adopted it? On August 13, we're bringing together a select group of senior product, engineering, and AI leaders for a private dinner at Sepia — an off-the-record peer conversation about what's working, where it's stalling, and what it actually takes to get there.
Program Overview
5:45 PM - 6:30 PM | Keynote
Bailee Walker, Miro's Head of Value Advisory, opens the evening with a direct take on why AI pilots stall before they become programs — what's actually getting in the way, and what the teams moving past it are doing differently.
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM | Dinner & Roundtable Discussions
A seated dinner with conversation running through the meal. Our facilitator from Highland Solutions sets the topics — what does it take to move an entire organization, not just the early adopters? Where is the resistance really coming from? What's actually moved it? Where the table takes them is up to you.
8:30 PM - 8:45 PM | Closing Round
Our facilitator invites each table to share one idea or question worth bringing back to their teams.
