Workshop End-to-End Ownership

The goal of this worskshop is to explore the critical role of ownership when it comes to end-to-end ownership. To this end, the worlshop delves into:

• The distinctions between ownership, responsbility and accountability.

• You'll be using Org Topologies to map the team's ownership with regards the teams's completeness of skills vs the scope & access on the product domain.

• Identify your dependencies as the "undone department" and devise strategies to eradicate it.

• Define the coverage of ownership across the 3 levels of modern software product: infrastructure, engineering and business.
