Value Mix Design Workshop

A workshop based on mct's original Value Bloom Canvas, set up to help you explore values of an offering, identify apparent trade-offs, and develop a coherent solution that is strategically resilient.

This tool can be used for services or products, internally or with client partners.

By looking at 6 different elements along 3 axes, teams can get a feel for different value levels of the offering, from specific end-use goals to emotional goals, and even impact goals.

Mapping these out provides a holistic sense of the value mix. It also highlights trade-offs, that if overcome, can lead to more competitively valuable space to generate fresh ideas and solutions.
