UX Strategy Workshop
This is a template for those who need to find a way to approach UX Strategy from different aspects. Our template gives a clear sense of direction whilst taking business goals, engagement data, user painpoints into account to come up with a solid UX strategy.
Before the session, you need to decide on your moderator and the team formations.
Kick things off with a check-in exercise to warm-up your audience. Remember, you should name the moderators and the teams before the exercise.
Introduce the groups one by one and let the participants make a short intro.
Each group should have its own meeting link/room.
Assign your groups with the main tasks.
