The Neighborhood

Report

The Neighborhood Template was created to help you organize your research and keep all of your resources in one centralized space. This board will help you synthesize interview data, project management tasks, and strategize effectively. If you're a User Researcher or Designer looking for an exploratory space to host teammates and stakeholders then the Neighborhood Template is for you!

To use:

The board is divided into four sections: Co-Work, Library, Tasks, and Timeline. Populate each section with templates and artifacts your team favors. Using each section to organize your projects accordingly will increase team productivity!

Co-Work:

This space is dedicated to compiling and using templates that illicit team collaboration! In addition to templates from the Miroverse, mental health resources and weekly quotes keep everyone engaged.

Library:

Having a section of the board dedicated to all of your project resources will save you time & headaches! Use hyperlinks to point your team directly to files and appropriate drives

Tasks:

Place your project goals in this section and break it down into individual tasks. With your team, move tasks from left to right into 3 categories "To Do, Doing, Done"When you take a task, move it to the appropriate category for your team's visibility. When you aren't able to complete a task move it back into the "To Do" category for someone else to pick up where you left off. If you come across a task that presents a problem or "roadblock", please move it to the "roadblock" category until the issue is resolved!

Timeline:

This section is dedicated to your project's timeline and important dates.

Cheers 🥸
