Team Facilitated Retrospective
This Miro Board is compatible with the majority of Retrospectives here on the Miroverse. It would help Scrum Teams complete retrospectives without the need for a Scrum Master.

Instructions
Step 1
Wait 2-3 minutes for everyone joining the meeting to arrive.
A great thing you can do is the person who started the meeting can share some music if you prefer not to engage in much small talk or if you just enjoy it. Make sure this music is instrumental/doesn't contain offensive language.
Step 2
Active Role required (The Creator) has to Share and Explain the Retrospective Board in which they have chosen.
Step 3
Active Role required (The Time Traveller) has to briefly remind the team what they have done that Sprint by potentially displaying the Kanban Board and maybe going through the Sprint Goals and talking about what they have/ have not achieved.
Step 4
Active Role required (The Storyteller) Take as many minutes as you need to complete the retrospective written responses (recommended under 20 min if there is no other activity) that 'The Creator' has shown you on the Miro board. The Storyteller will have to make sure it doesn't overrun so that you have time to go through your post-it notes after.
After everyone has written their retrospective notes The Storyteller then goes through each of the notes written by the team and themselves.
Step 4.5
Active Role required (The Stinger) In conjunction with talking about your post-it notes with the group. The Stinger will ask questions and write down relevant actions to any post-it notes that need escalation, this may be more apparent in the 'Sprint improvement' sections of the retro. Note that not only 'The Stinger' can suggest actions but anyone in the call, 'The Stinger' just has to make sure it's written down.
Step 5
Active Role required (The Healer) will then take those Actions in the end and assign them to people/themselves to either complete them in the next Sprint or the next few. It's important to keep track of these Actions as they will help improve your ways of working as a team.
Step 6
Active Role required (The Naminator) Assign the names in your team to the different roles and use a random name generator to assign different names to each one. The person who does this can be anyone on the team. If you have less than 6 people on the call one person can have multiple roles to play. Likewise, if you have more people not everyone has to have a role as long as there is someone to do each of the jobs for the next Sprint. For example, there a 6 different roles but if you have 7 people joining the meeting the 7th doesn't have to have one. Make sure you write the names assigned somewhere to help with accountability.
