This template is a team activity for joint self-reflection.

The activity is called "Talk to the hand." It provides time to reflect on the learnings and moods of the past week as a team.

Helps you to achieve

Team collaboration, trust building, getting to know each other better, and taking time to reflect (mindful leadership).

Who would benefit

Hybrid & remote teams, especially globally dispersed teams and leaders/team leads who want to lead with empathy and mindfulness.

How to use it

# You reveal one frame after the other (initially hiding all but the first hand)

# Reveal frame 1: What did you learn this week?

# Everyone has their own reflection boards and can drop stickies in for e.g., learning

# Ask everyone to share (if they like, it can also be just a personal reflection)

# Move on to the next finger/frame and keep sharing outcomes

Time estimate: ~30mins for a team size of 6-7 (more with larger teams)
