We have been experimenting with many different strategy frameworks across several companies and more than a decade of team building. Balanced-Scorecards, OKRs, Micro-Goals, and many more. None of them seemed to really do the trick for us. Too rigid, too detailed, not connected enough.
So finally, we created the awork Strategy Map to connect our strategic core to the different tools and methods that make up our strategy framework. This method has three goals:
