Pac Man Retrospective

Report

Entertain the video game fans in your team, with a different way of generating ideas in a retrospective

This retrospective takes us back in time with the version of Pac Man in Atari 2600 console

Sometimes the retrospectives are completely free topics, but you will also know that sometimes our teams need a little push to talk about specific topics that may be affecting their performance.

The Pac Man retrospective focuses on 4 key points, methodology, tools, the team and me (inviting self-reflection)

Going through the 4 stages:

  • Methodology: an effective team needs to understand their framework, in this category we will ask the team to input all the points of improvement or actions to highlight in the use of Scrum

  • Team: a happy team understand what they are doing with their product, but also unerstand what they need to change to be better. In this category we will highlight what we have achieved as a team and those things that we must continue to improve.

  • Tools: a good team needs the right tools to work, ask your team to place those that are failing, need improvement or highlight the ones that work best

  • Me: self-reflection is a way to help us grow as human beings, in this space the team will place something that they personally feel they need to improve
