Report

This retrospective template is themed around the National Football League (NFL). All rights reserved by the NFL.

The retro is broken into three different sections below, with time guidance for each. Feel free to mix it up as you feel appropriate.

Connection Activity: "Warm-up Drills" (10 minutes)

  1. On the left are five positive traits or values associated with successful NFL teams, or any team for that matter. These traits are Teamwork, Adapability, Communication, Resilience, and Innovation.

  2. Each team member to choose one player icon from the middle of the field. You will use that throughout the duration of the activity.

  3. When prompted, move your player icon up or down the field to represent your feelings towards the trait being discussed as they relate to your team. Do you feel that Communication is vital? Then move your player icon towards "Really Important". Do you feel that Teamwork is not that vital? Then move your player icon towards "Not As Important".

  4. Have a brief discussion around what you see.

G'day, I'm Paul from the country where it's always tomorrow. You'd know it as Australia. I'm an Agile Coach, helping teams think differently to solve problems. I'm also a big believer in making work fun - one great way of doing that is by mixing up the normal drudgery of meetings. The templates I create here can be used to bring alignment and collaboration, but in fun ways using games, themes, movies, music. If you think it, you can do it.
