Journey Map
Map out the steps between the beginning and end of the project
A journey map is a visual tool used to represent the key stages and milestones of a project, and provide a high-level overview of the project's progress and status.
It typically involves creating a diagram or timeline that includes the different stages of the project, as well as the key activities, deliverables, and milestones associated with each stage.
It provides a clear format to think through the necessary sequential steps to achieve your objectives, and also helps us to understand the sequential dependencies i.e. where bottlenecks might occur, such that we can effectively plan to avoid them.
Write your problem or starting point in the starting square, and the end point or ideal outcome at the other
Next, fill in the gaps to map out what needs to happen in order to bring your objective into reality
Include key milestones, and add nested details under each as much as required
To begin with, focus on the top-level strategic considerations rather than the granular project management aspects
