One of the greatest spaghetti westerns of all time is now a Miroverse template, including a Check-In, Ice Breaker, the Retro, and a Check-Out activity.

The Retro is broken into three areas for your team to provide their thoughts.

THE GOOD - What are the things that the team does that are good, and should remain.

THE BAD - What are the things that team does or are around them that are bad, and should be stopped/removed.

THE UGLY - I call Actions/Ideas "ugly" as no one wants to take ownership of them, but there is a lot of power in The Ugly.
