How Are You Feeling?

Report

As an Agile Coach, I feel it's very important to be continually gauging the temperature/mood of the team(s) you work with. If a team and the team members are true to themselves and can admit when it's not in good shape, then they're well on the way to becoming a high-performing team.

This simple check-in activity allows for the team members to simply indicate how they're feeling at the start (or end) of a session/workshop/meeting. It lets everyone know if there's someone in the team who is struggling, which may be an indicator to move the session to another time or perhaps give the space to the person to not attend.

G'day, I'm Paul from the country where it's always tomorrow. You'd know it as Australia. I'm an Agile Coach, helping teams think differently to solve problems. I'm also a big believer in making work fun - one great way of doing that is by mixing up the normal drudgery of meetings. The templates I create here can be used to bring alignment and collaboration, but in fun ways using games, themes, movies, music. If you think it, you can do it.
