Valentine's Day Love

Share the love with your colleagues this Valentine's Day! 

Adding this template will give you and your colleagues and team members the opportunity to share what you love about them, their work, the team they're in, or anything else you feel is 'lovely'.

Simple method to share the love:

• Share the board with your team prior to an event/team meeting/agile retro and ask your team members to write their thoughts on one or more sticky notes.

• During the event, read out a few random sticky notes to share the love with the whole team about the amazing colleague that they have among them.

• Optionally, the author of the sticky note can announce that they wrote it, and why.
