Happiness Thermometer Icebreaker

The "Happiness Thermometer" icebreaker is a simple and fun activity that can help participants get to know each other and set the tone for a positive and productive group session. This icebreaker involves each participant rating their current level of happiness on a scale of ice–fire, with ice being the least happy and fire being the happiest. The group can then discuss their individual ratings and share why they chose their particular state.

This icebreaker can be a great way to start a conversation and help participants feel more comfortable and connected with each other. It can also provide insight into the overall mood and energy of the group.

Instruction

  1. Write your name 📝 – Write your name on the sticker

  2. Drag your monster 👹 – Pick the monster you like and drag it above the sticker below

  3. Pin your monster 📌 – Copy/Paste your monster to the appropriate place on the "Thermometer"

  4. Improvise 🎭 – Improvise. Change the amount of thermometers. Find different statements. Make it yours!
