"From Individuals To Teams" is a workshop that will help us to start knowing our peers a bit more and, especially, align on the values and behaviors we want to have as a team. Last but not least be clear, open and aligned on roles and responsibilities within the team.
When to use it?
when you join a new team
when you have a new team member joining your team
once or twice a year to make the team aligned and to ensure that, as a team, you are on the same page
