The template is an example of an empathy map, designed for airline services. It allows to understand the users of a specific profile, and to generate innovative ideas that improve their experience.
This template benefits students preparing to work directly with airline customers. It is used by adding notes with what the target customer says, does, feels and thinks, and also specifying their wishes and pains.
