Design Thinking: Empathy Map

Report

The Design Thinking Foundations Activity is a guided process designed to help participants empathize with users and uncover insights to drive innovation and problem-solving. This activity leverages key aspects of design thinking—such as empathy, observation, and user feedback—to enable individuals or teams to gain a deeper understanding of a user’s experience. By exploring the emotional and sensory aspects of the user's journey, participants are better equipped to identify their needs, frustrations, and desires.
