Ecosystem Mapping

  • Your "customers" are not the only people interacting with your organisation or using your products and services.

  • An ecosystem map is a visualisation of all the players that sit within your organisation's ecosystem, including your customers, stakeholders, factors that influence your customer's experience, and factors that influence your organisation itself. Use the prompting questions on this board to help you identify your players and gain a holistic understanding of your organisation from your customer's perspective.

  • Ecosystem mapping enables you to increase customer advocacy, turning your customers and other players into promoters. In addition, it helps you find unexpected opportunities for innovation or improvement.
