Community Resilience Mapping
—
—
Community Resilience Mapping is used to ensure good climate resilience strategies that keep community members safe. It captures how climate risk and vulnerability interact in a specific community.
It is created through community members brainstorming 4 areas:
Exposures: exploring various climate impacts
Sensitivities: who/which areas are most at risk
Assets: what is already in place to respond to and reduce impacts
Adaptive Capacity: where are the gaps
