We're excited to invite you to our learning series designed to help HESTA teams collaborate more effectively and get more value from the platform. Whether you're new to Miro or looking to explore its AI capabilities, these sessions will share practical tips and workflows to help you work faster, surface ideas more easily, and turn collaboration into action. Plus, we’ll have some Miro swag to give away at both sessions.

Session 1 Innovation Lab & Miro (10am - 10.50am)
Location: HESTA Heart and Zoom
Go from idea to outcome faster. With the right conditions for innovation, your team can move more quickly at every step from discovery to delivery of your next big idea.
Join your Miro experts as they guide you to expand your skillset with Miro. We'll equip you with specific tools and best practices to save time, break down siloes, and spark creativity with your team.
Users will learn how to:
- Transform unstructured work in Miro into structured deliverables like presentations, tables, documents, and more
- Use Miro AI to save time and spark new ideas across projects and strategy sessions
- Organize content effectively and share with the right people to collaborate easily across teams using Spaces
- Find answers to your questions about Miro in the moment using free resources right on the board
Session 2 HESTA & Miro AI (1pm - 2pm)
Location: HESTA Heart and Zoom
Enhance your productivity by automating time-consuming tasks, and arrive at a more refined output faster. Join our product experts as they guide you in using Miro AI to help you get the most out of this powerful new technology.
Whether you're new to Miro AI or AI tools in general, all are welcome! No previous experience with or knowledge of AI is required.
Session 3 Q&A & Open Discussion (2pm - 3pm)
Location: HESTA Heart and Zoom
An informal, drop-in session open to all users. Anyone can join to ask questions, walk through a specific use case, get help with a board, or learn about new Miro features.
